We offer several scheduling options

Online booking

When scheduling online appointments clients may be required to keep a credit card on file.

All credit information is kept on the Vagaro scheduling site and can be accessed by client at anytime.

We do not accept personal checks, however we do  all major credit cards.

For services that might require a large amount of product or service time, we reserve the right to request a deposit before scheduling your service. 


Gift Certificates can only be used for service.  They cannot be used to purchase retail at this time.  No refunds are given for gift Certificates and are not redeemable for cash

Children and friends are welcomed in our salon but because of our salon's intimate size we cannot accommodate large parties.  We would also caution our parents of little ones about their safety while visiting.

Cancellations Policy

We understand that life happens and you may be force to cancel appointments due to events outside of your control.  We have established our cancellation policy to insure that our available appointments are open or can be swiftly filled by  clients from our wait-list. With this in mind our cancellation policy is as follows.

Reminder text and emails are sent out two days in advance, when possible to confirm your appointment.  All cancellations require a 24 hour notice by phone or online cancellation appointment website. 

If your appointment is not rescheduled or cancelled 24 hours in advance and we are unable to fill the appointment from our Wait-list, a 50% fee is charge per scheduled services.  This balance must be settled before you will be able to schedule further appointments.

No Call/No Show or forgotten appointments will result in a fee of 50% of the missed service total. This balance must be settled before you will be able to make any further appointments.


Inclement Weather

No one can truly predict the weather.  Sometimes we get flurries and  sometimes we get a blizzard. 
We are always committed to the safety of our clients and staff, so from time to time we will be forced to close the salon due to inclement weather.

If the salon is closed due to a major weather event, every attempt to reach scheduled clients will be made.  A closing message and instructions will be left on our phone line as well as a message  on our Hairston's Boutique Facebook page.

Our Promise

We want you to love your hair!  However, sometimes a few adjustments or fine tuning may be required.  We are happy to make minor adjustments that are aligned with our initial consultation within 7 days of the original service.  No refunds  are given for any services rendered but every attempt will be make to rectify any challenges you may have.
