Covid-19 Safety Policy

If you have been exposed, diagnose, or have flu-like symptoms.  We ask the you reschedule your appointment until you feel better.  If your cancellation is for this reason, we will waive your cancellation fee. You may be asked to wait 10 days to reschedule your missed appointment

Please at possible, notify the salon of any positive/ contagious Covid status 48 hours before each visit.  

You may be asked to have you temperature checked

All clients are required to wear a mask during their visits

When you arrive for your appointment, please remain in your car and text the salon to notify us that you have arrived.

We offer a contact-free check-out system.

Salon Closings

No one can truly predict the weather.  Sometimes we get flurries, sometimes we get a blizzard. 
Our first priority is always, the safety of our clients and staff, so from time to time we will be forced to close the salon due to un safe weather conditions.

If the salon is closed due to a major weather event, every attempt to reach scheduled clients will be made.  A closing message and instructions will be left on our phone line as well as a message  on our Hairston's Boutique Facebook Group.

We offer convenient online appointments scheduling through our Vagaro booking site. Book all of your appointments anytime from your smartphone or computer.  Don't forget to download the app.

We accept cash and credit payments and now offer a Hands-Free Check Out.  You can pay in-salon by checkout on your smartphone.

We reserve the right to require a Non-Refundable Deposit for selected services. Many of our the services require a large amounts of product or extensive reserved service time and require a deposit to hold the service time.

 All credit information is always kept confidential on the Vagaro server.

Our Guest & Child Policy

With our recent to changes to policy of our Salon by Jc complex, at this time we ask the you arrive for your service appointment alone.  Additional guest of any kind are not permitted at this time. If you have booked multiple family members, please give us prior notice so that we can accommodate. Additonal guest may be ask to remain in their car until their appointment time

 

Our Child Policy

Children are welcomed in our salon but because of our small salon size can pose safety issues for unsupervised children. With our new reality,we have made the following changes to our policy. At this time we strongly urge parents against bringing little ones to the salon. All children are required to keep a mask on at all times and
